  • Keeps current club license with the USGA Handicap System, which promotes handicap uniformity and consistent usage amongst clubs.

Orleans Country Clubs By-Laws -- Article 6

The Board of Directors shall have general supervision and control over the prudential affairs of the Corporation and may exercise and administer such duties and privileges as the laws of the State of Vermont invest in the directors or trustees of non-profit corporations. They shall have power to appoint such Committees as may be necessary or convenient for conducting the affairs of the Corporation. They may fill any vacancies among its members until the next Annual Meeting.
