OCC Non-Profit Corp. Membership Certificates

The fee for permanent membership is $25. Permanent members are entitled to any vote or voice in the management of the Corporation and its affairs. The Annual Meeting of the Corporation is held on the Tuesday prior to Labor Day. Each member is provided with a written notice of the date, time and place of the annual meeting one-week prior.
